Quick help
My Home Screen widget is not updating
Open Tackie once to refresh its latest notes, then return to the Home Screen. For a folder widget, long-press the widget, choose Edit Widget, and confirm the intended folder is selected.
I cannot scan text or choose a photo
In iPhone Settings, open Privacy & Security and confirm Tackie has the Camera or Photos access needed for the action you chose. Tackie asks only when you use these features.
Where are my notes stored?
Notes and their thumbnails are stored locally on your iPhone. Tackie does not offer an account or developer-hosted cloud sync. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore behavior.
What devices are supported?
Tackie supports iPhone models running iOS 18 or later.
